Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a securely hashed password.
Content you create. Prayers, journal entries, and mood check-ins that you save within the app are stored to provide the service.
Purchase information. If you purchase TodaysVerse Premium, Apple processes the transaction. We receive only a receipt token to verify your purchase — we never see your payment details.
Usage data. We collect anonymous usage metrics (e.g., feature interactions) to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the app and its features.
To generate personalised prayers and verse suggestions using AI.
To send optional push notifications (daily reminders) that you can disable at any time.
To verify premium purchase status.

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase – backend database and authentication. Data is stored on servers in the United States. Supabase Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

5. Children's Privacy

TodaysVerse is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS) and hashed password storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
